Flowers grow uniquely in nature, and we intentionally pack many of our varieties (especially lilies and roses) in a tight, closed bud form. This ensures they do not bruise during transit and gives you the maximum possible lifespan to watch them beautifully bloom at home. Closed buds do not qualify for refunds.
