Our standard delivery service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and our dispatch team will plan driver routes based on order locations, delivery efficiency, and daily operational arrangements. To ensure sufficient preparation time, we encourage customers to place their orders at least 2 days before the desired delivery or pickup date. This allows our team adequate time to review the order details, prepare the arrangement, and ensure everything is in good condition before collection or delivery.
During peak seasons, delivery volume may be higher than usual, and deliveries may require additional time due to increased orders and route planning. Customers are kindly advised to expect delivery as late as 10:00 PM during these periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our team works to complete all deliveries carefully and efficiently.
