Our logistics team plans each day's delivery route based on order locations, traffic conditions, weather, road diversions, and operational efficiency. We will do our best to deliver your order as early as possible within our planned route.
For same-day delivery within Johor Bahru, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM.
If the delivery address is an office or workplace, kindly include the office operating hours in the order remarks. Our team will take note of this and do our best to deliver within those hours.
If your order is time-sensitive or requires delivery at a specific time, we recommend selecting the Pickup option instead. You can then arrange your own on-demand courier, such as Lalamove or Grab, to collect your order at your preferred time for greater flexibility.
